Dale Bozzio (born Dale Frances Consalvi on March 2, 1955) is an American musician and former Playboy Bunny. Unfortunately for her, she's also been charged with animal cruelty in Ossipee, NH.
Police say a dozen cats had to be put down after being found in Dale Bozzio's home. Bozzio has apparently pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty and will be charged with nine more.
In the 1970s, Dale Bozzio worked as a Playboy Bunny at a Playboy Club in Boston. Don't get any ideas; she was never a Playboy Playmate, though she did appear in Playboy in 1976.
She gained more fame as a musician, working with Frank Zappa a number of times, including providing vocals on Zappa's album Joe's Garage.
She met future (now ex-) husband Terry Bozzio in 1976, marrying him in 1979. The two of them founded Missing Persons with Zappa touring guitarist Warren Cuccurullo in 1980. Dale Bozzio, while not making it as a Playmate, was featured on the covers of and in pictorials within both the March 1979 and February 1980 issues of "Hustler."
Dale Bozzio still tours and released a solo album earlier this year.
