Ashley Alexandra Dupre to Appear on 20/20

Ashley Alexandra Dupre led to the downfall of Eliot Spitzer, but really, it was lust that did him in.

Dupre was a high-priced call girl who worked for the escort service Emperors Club VIP. Spitzer resigned as NY governor on March 12th after his use of the "service" was revealed.

According to AP, Dupre will reveal how an

"upper middle-class, girl next door got into the profession and the psychological journey she continues to experience."

Dupre will be interviewed on 20/20 by Diane Sawyer. The segment will air this Friday.
