Wal-Mart isn't heavily discounting these, at least for the regular console. According to Reuters, the site will offer the console by itself for $249.24, and a "value bundle," including the console and other items like an extra set of controllers, for $329, while supplies last. As the MSRP of the console is $249, there's no real discount there, but just being able to get the console at a non-exorbitant price would a gift to many.
However, if Black Friday showed one thing, it's that even with preparation, retailers can't seem to keep their websites from crashing from overload. Odds are it won't be easy to get into the site for this deal, and remember: it's online only.
While the Nintendo Wii stock situation is better than past years, it's still hit-and-miss at many stores. Looking for the console at stores like Amazon.com and BestBuy.com usually turn up nothing except perhaps overpriced Amazon Marketplace vendors.
There are some out there, but if you can get into the site and want a decent chance at one for the holidays, this is your best shot. Remember that you'll pay sales tax (in most states) and shipping, unlike Amazon.com, however.
Walmart.com will also be offering deals on certain Nintendo Wii games and accessories.
