Senator: Ruth Bader Ginsburg has "Bad Cancer," Could Die in Less Than a Year

A GOP senator has predicted over the weekend that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg could be dead from pancreatic cancer within nine months.

As we wrote earlier this month, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 75, has had surgery for pancreatic cancer.

Jim Bunning, 77, and a former major league baseball pitcher, made the statement during a 30-minute speech on Saturday at the Hardin County Republican Party's Lincoln Day Dinner.

The statements were in reference to possible Supreme Court justice replacements for Ginsburg. Bunning stated that Ginsburg has "Bad cancer. The kind that you don't get better from. Even though she was operated on, usually, nine months is the longest that anybody would live after (being diagnosed) with pancreatic cancer."

Interesting, as although Bunning was a pitcher, he wasn't a doctor.

According to reports, Ruth Bader Ginsburg's pancreatic cancer was discovered in stage 1, when it is most curable.

At any rate, I'm not sure why he is so interested. Obviously any nominee will be a liberal.
