The NCAA Tournament Western Regional's #1 ranked team, the Connecticut Huskies, had an easy time reaching the Sweet 16, never trailing the Texas A&M Aggies.

The Huskies coasted to the win, 92-66, led by A.J. Price, who scored 27 points off the bench, and Jeff Adrien with 23. Meanwhile the Aggies were led by Bryan Davis and Donald Sloan, both with 12 points.

The top-seeded Huskies will play the Washington-Purdue winner in the West Region semifinals in Glendale, Ariz.

Almost overshadowing the game itself was the return of Connecticut coach Jim Calhoun. Calhoun was hospitalized on Thursday for dehydration and released early Friday morning. In doing so, he missed the team's NCAA Tournament opener, a 103-47 blowout over Chattanooga on Thursday.
