Natasha Richardson Buried Near Home She, Neeson Wed At

Liam Neeson was among the pallbearers who carried his wife’s coffin into St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. The church is near the home where the two married in 1994.

Natasha Richardson, 45, was injured in a ski accident on a bunny hill last week. Initially she refused treatment, but later complained of a terrible headache.

Apparently, as an autopsy later found, she had suffered an epidural hematoma, which led to bleeding between the dura (outer lining of the brain) and the skull.

Richardson was later flown to New York for a final farewell, as without nearly immediate treatment, such an injury is fatal. She was later taken off life support.

The couple has two sons, Michael and Daniel.
