Angel Cabrera is the Masters champion, defeating Kenny Perry and Chad Campbell in a three-way playoff which took two holes to settle the title on Sunday. The players tied after regulation at 12-under 276, setting up sudden death for the Masters jacket and purse.

Chad Campbell fell off the pace on the first playoff hole, bogeying it. Meanwhile, Kenny Perry, trying to be the oldest major winner of all-time at 48, bogeyed the second hole with Cabrera making a two-putt par.

The total Masters purse this year was $7.5 million. The breakdown for the top 5 (which will change somewhat due to ties) was:

1st - $1,350,000
2nd - $810,000
3rd - $510,000
4th - $360,000
5th - $300,000

This is the second major in Angel Cabrera's career; previously he won the 2007 US Open.

While Cabrera, Perry, and Campbell dueled for the title, Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson, paired up, dueled amongst themselves. It was exciting, despite the fact they were back in the back; Mickelson finished with a tournament record-tying 6 under for the front nine, but couldn't continue the pace.

Woods and Mickelson finished 6th and 5th respectively.
