The Biggest Loser live finale will air on Tuesday, May 12 (8-11 pm EDT). You can't afford to be late in viewing however. As you know if you watched last week, Tara Costa (New York, NY) and Helen Phillips (Sterling Heights, Mich.) weighed in above the yellow line, meaning they secured spots as 2/3 of the three finalists. However, Ron Morelli (South Lyon, Mich.) and his son, Mike, fell below the yellow line, meaning viewers will choose between father and son to determine the third place finalist. That's the first part of the show, a can't miss.
Once America's Choice is revealed in the first part of the Biggest Loser 2009 finale on May 12, the contestant who didn't get chosen will compete with the other 18 eliminated players for an "at home" prize of $100,000. Let's not forget that for the season seven Biggest Loser finale, all 22 contestants will return for a reunion, weighing in one last time. As NBC says:
The transformations will be profound, not just for the finalists, but also for the eliminated contestants who all continued to lose weight after they left the "Biggest Loser" ranch and returned home.
That's not all: viewers of the season 2009 finale will also get to select a contestant to compete on the next season of "The Biggest Loser," which will premiere in September. Viewers will choose between two potential contestants by casting their votes by phone and online at www.nbc.com; the winner will be announced near the end of the live broadcast.
It's a don't miss, so don't miss the Biggest Loser Couples 2009 Season Finale tonight on NBC.
