Why would anyone want to get into a sticky situation with a Duct Tape Prom Dress and Suit? Well, $3000 scholarships for the winners is a mighty good incentive.

The contestants can be the same gender, don't have to go to the same high school, and don't havfe to use Duck brand duct tape for their prom dress and suit (but naturally the company recommends their own tape. What no discount?).
