An uninvited "guest" opened fire at a wedding reception on Saturday night, which resulted in an 18-month-old Indiana girl being shot in the head. She is in critical condition.
Francisco Ponce, 21, and his brothers Isaias, 28, and Jose, 23 (left to right in the photo), are in custody for Yuridia Sosa's shooting, as well as for the shootings of the girl's mother and another woman, both shot in the legs.
The shootings took place at Lawrence Community Center in Indianapolis, IN. The three brothers were gate-crashers, and after a scuffle began between guests and themselves, Francisco Ponce pulled a 9mm and began firing.
When officers arrive, they saw Francisco Ponce run across a parking lot and toss a gun under a car. He was arrested on a preliminary charge of attempted murder, while Isaias faces a charge of public intoxication and Jose is charged with battery, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Francisco Ponce was being held without bond Sunday at Marion County jail, according to court records.
