Zip Through the Skinny Jeans Workout

It's impossible to try to start a new exercise trend without a snazzy new name. The latest is the "Skinny Jeans Workout."

The "Skinny Jeans Workout" is designed to get those last few pounds / lumps / inches off so you can fit into those skinny jeans. You know, so you don't have to suck in your stomach so much.

The "Skinny Jeans Workout" is a full-body workout. It combines ballet, stretches and light weight lifting. It concentrates on core muscles, balance and posture.

There are actual classes which use the "Skinny Jeans Workout," but you can also buy a DVD instead. There's an official website here, as well.

The "Skinny Jeans Workout" budgets for time, as well. Workouts come in 5, 15, 30, 45 minute timeframes. Celebrity trainer Lisa G. says the following:

“I designed The Skinny Jeans Workout because you all have goals in mind – you want to feel good, you want to look good, you want to get back in your skinny jeans! You think you don’t have time to exercise but with a healthy diet and a commitment to do this workout every day, even for just five minutes, you will see noticeable results in less than a month.”

Results in less than a month, the "Skinny Jeans Workout" site says. We've all heard that before, but who knows?
