Not satisfied with a record in the 100m, Usain Bolt on Thursday set another record, this time in the 200m race. He cut more than a tenth of a second off his own 200m record.

Usain Bolt won the 200m gold medal in 19.19 seconds at the World Championships. His time in the 200 cut 0.11 seconds off the mark he set last year at the Beijing Olympics. It came four days after he broke his 100 record by the same margin.

Alonso Edward of Panama was second. He trailed by a huge amount in a sprint, a distant 0.62 seconds behind Bolt. Wallace Spearmon of the United States took bronze.

Take a look at Usain Bolt's performance at Beijing: he won the gold in the 100, 200 and sprint relay, each time with a world record. Now he is one race away from doing likewise in Berlin.

Of course, if Usain Bolt is to set a record, or even win, the sprint relay, he's going to need some help. Still, the way he's going, he could start his leg in last place and still win.
