Tony Gonzalez, the all-star tight end of the Atlanta Falcons is best known for catching passes. Now, he will be famous for dropping, but not dropping passes, dropping his clothes.
Tony Gonzalaz' PETA ad is the latest in the series of the "Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign. The two appear nude, as have many celebrities, as a statement against not just fur, but against unethical treatment of animals on factory farms as well.
Another recent example of a PETA nude ad is Karina Smirnoff of “DWTS” fame. Tony Gonzalez' PETA ad includes his wife, October. Yes, you read that right; her name is October Gonzalez.
To be honest, that would make her, Ms. October. It would also have made her Miss October before she was married. Seriously, let's return to the Tony Gonzalez PETA ad.
Tony Gonzalez said that he and his wife “have changed many of our habits in light of the inhumane treatment of animals that occurs not only in the fur industry but also on factory farms.”
Tony Gonzalez is in his 13th season in the NFL at the age of 33. He has made 38 receptions for 434 yards, with four touchdowns.
