It's been a sad fall from grace for Lindsay Lohan (or Lilo). From a cute child actress she's turned into a drug- and alcohol-addicted young woman. Cue Courtenay Semel, who confronted LiLo at Brittny Gastineau's birthday party at Crown Bar in Los Angeles Wednesday night.
Courtenay Semel is herself recently out of rehab. Although the two are no longer an item after dating in 2007, Semel recently asked Lohan to seek rehab help of her own.
It wouldn't be the first time LiLo has been in rehab. She was in rehab three times in 2007, and has had several auto accidents that eventually led to probation. In fact, following several instances of Lohan failing to attend the court ordered substance abuse treatment classes, the probation was extended with an additional year in October 2009.
Many have stated that it is another example of a celebrity getting off when a normal citizen would have been in jail. Some have theorized that jail may in fact be the best thing for LiLo, as it would force her to become sober.
Reportedly, according to the New York Post, the confrontation between Courtenay Semel and LiLo took place in the bathroom. LiLo came storming out, and left.
On the same night as the Courtenay Semel incident, according to People, Lindsay Lohan was a bit on the cheap sided as well. While she's been accused of being a bit on the sticky-fingered side before, in this case, LiLo apparently tried to get off without paying her bar tab.
It's a typical celeb "entitled" type of thing. She's a big celeb; why should she pay, right? At any rate, Lindsay finally coughed up her credit card.
