Despite the recession, there are some to whom no form of profligacy is too extreme. For them, all that glitters IS gold. The firm Computer Choppers has added a new item to their product list, with a 24K Gold PS3.
The 24K Gold PS3 is just the latest item in the list of gilded electronics and devices that are offered by Computer Choppers. There are an array of smartphones, for example. All their phones are unlocked, and you can get an iPhone 3GS for $1,399 (16GB) or $1,599 (32GB). An unlocked BlackBerry 9700 runs $939.
For those who want the ultimate gaming machine, and we are speaking of bling, not necessarily performance, there is their 24K Gold PS3. They were little late delivering this bad boy, but their 24K Gold PS3 (Slim) starts at $4,999.
Besides the 24K Gold PS3 itself, the consoles come with two matching controllers, a plated or anodized PS3 logo, and a one year full coverage warranty. There is also a limited edition model that will be coming in a few weeks. That 24K Gold PS3 will be jeweled with a lifetime warranty.
There are other 24K computers, too, if you eschew the 24K Gold PS3 console for a laptop or computer. You can get a MacBook Pro, a MacBook Air, or an iMac. You can even get iPods, if you want.
The 24K Gold PS3 is just the latest in the line of Computer Chopper's products. If they only had a 24K HDTV to use with it in gaming, all would be well with the world.
