New York Jets, Indianapolis Colts: Loser's Gear Goes Haiti

The New York Jets and the Indianapolis Colts have pledged to help in Haiti. Or rather, the loser of their Sunday AFC Championship game will help, at least.

According to the report, the two teams have vowed that the losing team's celebratory T-shirts will go to help Haiti. The shirts will be donated to World Vision, who will deliver them to Haiti.

Both teams took some heat earlier this week, when it was revealed they had merchandise emblazoned with "AFC Champions" already for sale. Of course, it turns out that all four teams have items for sale.

However, the biggest underdog of all four teams, the New York Jets, are pushing their gear with the most vigor of any. For example, they acquired the domain name jetsshopchampions.com for their web store. That URL redirects to the original store, Jetsshop.com.

While that might be just a tad bit cocky, all will play out on Sunday. The Jets defense has proven more bruising than first thought when they entered the playoffs. Halting the Indianapolis Colts offense and Peyton Manning, however, is the biggest challenge they have faced.

Will Haiti get Jets gear or Colts gear? It will all be determined on Sunday.
