Frequent ‘700 Club’ Guest Accused Of Theft Of Husband’s Porn In Divorce Filing

It’s another case of do as I say and not as I do among some on the Christian right, as you wouldn’t expect the words “700 Club” and adult films to be associated with each other, but Tamara Lowe, a frequent guest on “The 700 Club” and author of the book “Get Motivated” has been accused of some thievery involving such media.

Tamara Lowe and her husband Peter Lowe are in the middle of a nasty, nasty divorce. As bad as it already is, it just got uglier: recent court documents state that Peter Lowe has accused his soon-to-be-ex-wife Tamara and her new boyfriend of stealing his adult films (i.e. porn).

While we’d wonder how it’s possible that the husband of a frequent guest on “The 700 Club” would even be delving into the world of porn, and we have to ask the obvious question if Tamara Lowe watched any of it herself, the point is that the filing states that Tamara had her boyfriend and two “operatives” steal his porn collection. The couple has been married for about 24 years.

Peter and Tamara Lowe are prominent members of the huge Christ Fellowship church.

The pair moved into separate homes on the same street of the high-end Frenchman’s Reserve in 2010.

According to the report, Peter Lowe’s handyman caught Mitch Steitz, who is identified in the filing as Tamara Lowe’s new boyfriend and a former official of Get Motivated Seminars, along with two other individuals going through things in Peter’s study.

Although no details were provided in the motion, the filing mentioned that photos and videos were stolen from Peter’s Florida home.

Other items that were included in the filing and listed as missing were five laptops, a desktop and several boxes of documents.

Tamara Lowe’s lawyers claim that their client has returned all of her husband’s items.

The couple created a $100 million business based on Tamara’s best selling “Get Motivated” book.

They also created “Get Motivated Seminars” which includes such prominent guests such as former First Lady Laura Bush and former Secretary of State Colin Powell as speakers.

According to the report, however, it appears the next step in the divorce proceedings involves determine just who does or does not own said business. As said, an obviously acrimonious divorce.
