'True Blood' new season five trailers prep fans for June 10 premiere

HBO's hit vampire / werewolf / shapeshifter / fairy / you-name-it fantasy horror series "True Blood" will premiere in its fifth season on Sunday, June 10, and HBO has released three new teaser trailers to get fans in the mood for new "True Blood" to come.

We have already been treated to a number of trailers prior to this, and we know a few details about the upcoming season. An earlier trailer showed Bill Compton and Eric Northman becoming partners, of a sort. That video clip also featured the first real shots of Roman, a member of the Authority, who is played by former "Law & Order SVU" star Christopher Meloni. Considering what happened to Nan Flanagan, also of the Authority, in Season 4, things might get interesting there.

We also know that we will see the return of the show's long-lost (not really that long) villain, Russell Edgington, once the Vampire King of Mississippi.

Those who didn't watch the final episode of season four of "True Blood" should stop reading here, and skip to the trailers, as there are some spoilers coming.

There are complications, and they are outlined in the clips below. The episode summary from Wikipedia dishes on the details of the episode:

"As Bon Temps celebrates Halloween, Marnie's spirit possesses Lafayette's body and kills Jesus to take control of his magic powers. Sookie and Sam make up and Sookie gets her job back. Alcide asks Sookie to be with him and have a normal life together. Sookie, Tara and Holly find Bill and Eric being held captive by Marnie. After Antonia and other spirits, including Adele Stackhouse, rise from the dead and convince Marnie to let go, they lead Marnie to the afterlife. Adele tells Sookie that being alone isn't a bad thing. Terry receives an unexpected visit from an old friend, a marine. Rene's spirit appears to Arlene to warn her that the ghosts of Terry's past will not stay buried forever. Pam admits that she is jealous of Sookie. Luna and Sam have a funeral for Tommy where Maxine is the only mourner. Holly and Andy begin to get closer. Sookie tells Eric and Bill that she loves them both but cannot choose between them, so she chooses to be alone. Jason tells Hoyt that he slept with Jessica, after which Hoyt beats him up. Jason sleeps with Jessica again, but she tells him that she doesn't want a relationship. Steve Newlin appears at Jason's door as a vampire. Sam finds himself confronted by a werewolf. Alcide discovers that Russell Edgington's cement grave in a parking garage is empty. Nan Flanagan tells Eric and Bill that she has been fired and wants to start a mutiny against the Authority. She also tells them she knows that Sookie is part fairy. Bill deals her the True Death and Eric kills her guards. Debbie breaks into Sookie's house and tries to kill her. Trying to save Sookie, Tara pushes her out of the way and is shot by Debbie. Sookie grabs the gun and kills Debbie. Sookie cradles Tara's body, screaming for help. "

The clips below, in order, show:

Bill speaking on the phone to someone, and it's pretty clear both he and Eric are leaving Bon Temps for a while.
Arlene, Terry and Patrick discuss the house fire. We already know it wasn't a simple fire. It appears Terry and Patrick have caught on to that.
Alcide and Sookie discuss their relationship and Edgington. Isn't Sookie's love life already complex enough?
