The new building of the Kariya Plant will take over the machine tool assembly and machining lines from the Mizuho Plant, as well as the research & development and indirect functions from Machinery & Solution Company (M & S Company).
Machine tools and their parts are currently machined and assembled at the Mizuho Plant and other facilities, and so integrating these dispersed production lines into the new building will boost production efficiency.
The transfer of the functions of M & S Company will start as soon as the new building is completed and will finish by around the summer of 2009. -Brother
