The all-new Nissan X-TRAIL sport utility vehicle is off to a strong start in Japan with about 5,900 units ordered within its first week of introduction. At the core of X-TRAIL’s appeal to customers is as a genuine SUV and the expected mix for the 4WD versions is higher than 90%. The new model features a spacious interior and enhanced utility, and is available in both 2.0L and 2.5L gasoline variants. The newly-introduced 2.5L model represents a 20% mix with the higher series - 20X and 25X – totaling 70% of the mix.
