High Five! Chop't Opens 5th D.C. Restaurant

Free Salads and Salad Sandwiches to be Served on Monday, September 22. Beginning at 11 a.m. at the New 19th and L, NW Location

Chop’t® Creative Salad Company is kicking-off the opening of its fifth Washington, D.C. area location at 1105½ 19th St. NW on Monday, September 22nd with its trademark pre-opening “training day” celebration – where guests can enjoy all salads and salad sandwiches free of charge. Lunch will be served “on the house” from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., or until the last bit of lettuce is gone. Dedicated Chop’t patrons know they need to line up early to beat the crowd and there is a limit of one meal per customer. Co-founders Tony Shure and Colin McCabe will be on-site for the opening festivities.

“At the recent opening of our Metro Center location, we were thrilled by the more than 500 Chop’t fans that showed up for our ‘training day’ celebration,” said Colin. He added: “We enjoy talking to as many customers as possible so we can hear their feedback and suggestions. We are excited to come back to introduce the new Golden Triangle location and we hope that all of our new neighbors will be just as enthusiastic and welcoming.”

Chop’t in Golden Triangle is located at 1105½ 19th St. NW, and officially opens for business on Tuesday, September 23rd. Regular hours of operation are: Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Catering and delivery services are available at the Golden Triangle location by calling 202-955-0665.
