Parker: More Davis Sex Tapes “May Lie Ahead”

Speaking at a well-attended Times Square event held on Monday to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Bloody Mary -- once known as the Red Snapper because associating blood with a cocktail was considered too unpleasant — entertainment superstar Sarah Jessica Parker admitted the possibility that more sex tapes of friend and “Sex and the City” co-star Kristin Davis could eventually come to light. Fans of the sexy Southern belle were stunned last year when still photographs taken in 1992 of Davis allegedly interacting in a sexually provocative way with a former beau, restaurateur Eric Stapelman, made an appearance on the Internet.

As a special toast to the drink was held in Times Square, Parker wryly admitted to a reporter that, while Davis’s on-camera antics “did not quite cross into Bob Crane territory,” her “Sex and the City” accomplice “definitely has a wild side to her.”

Acknowledging a nearby reporter with a sad smile, Parker admitted that rumors of tapes in which Davis interacting in sexually explicit ways with her florist, her plumber -- and even her butcher -- might one day surface.

“And don’t forget her candlestick maker,” added Parker’s husband Mark, who stayed by her side throughout the event, drily.

The spicy drink is made with vodka, tomato juice and a splash of Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce. It is believed to have been created in New York City by a French bartender in 1933. In the 1960s it became popular to serve it with a celery stick.

The super-sexy Parker, 43, who is currently involved in the production of a bevy of television shows with entertainment partners ranging from HBO to Bravo, says she makes her own Bloody Marys at home using Halen Mon Welsh sea salt exclusively.

Bars all around New York City gave out Bloody Marys throughout the area, and some restaurants rolled back the price of the cocktail to what it was in 1933.

At the time, Davis denied the sexy photos were of her, noting that the unusual camera angles in the stills “were impossible to reproduce with real human beings.”
