TRANSFERRING a show from the small to the big screen can be hit or miss.

But the gals of Sex and the City, led by Sarah Jessica Parker , proved it was "just like old times" and that it could be done. Legions of fans held cocktail parties and ladies nights out to the ultimate chick-flick.

It had it all - the frocks, the men, the tears and of course the tantrums. Grab a cupcake, strap on your Manolos, it's ladies night.
