Canberra Symphony Orchestra will present Brilliant Worlds at Canberra Theatre on Wednesday, 14 November 2007, at 7:30 PM and on Thursday, 15 November 2007, at 7:30 PM.
The Canberra premiere of 'Mythic' by Australian composer Elena Kats-Chernin opens the evening of 'Brilliant Worlds', the CSO's fourth and final concert in the 2007 Llewellyn Series.
In another first, Canberra born violinist Kristian Winther will feature as soloist, performing the Violin Concerto by Tchaikovsky. And what better way to conclude a brilliant season for the CSO than with Dvorak's New World Symphony. -- www.canberratheatre.org.au
