In connection with the sale, Blonder Tongue will retain a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to continue to manufacture, use, sell, distribute and otherwise exploit all of the Blonder Tongue products currently protected under these patents. These products include some of the Interdiction lines in the Addressable Subscriber category of equipment.
