Las Vegas getaways are easy to find. Just check out Priceline.com and do a search for Las Vegas. Check out the Flamingo Las Vegas from $48, that's unheard of! The Flamingo is right in the middle of on the Las Vegas Strip. There are many other deals like this online so look around.
Some Las Vegas hotels like the Wynn Hotel offer you slot credits almost equaling the price of a night's stay in some places. That alone is worth the trip to Vegas. You would have to check each hotel's site for such deals. Register for their email newsletters for special discounts.
If you are not into the gambling scene, then you can always check out the shows. One of my favorites are any of the shows by Cirque du Soleil. They are amazing! All the shows are family friendly except Zumanity. Check their site for the restrictions.
My favorite past times in Las Vegas is shopping. One of the best places for shopping is at The Forum Shops at the Caesar's Palace.
The Forum Shops is not the cheapest place to shop, but it is the most elegant. There are designer shops every where, even from designers you have never heard of. Their names alone sound expensive.
Besides the shopping at The Forum Shops, they have great restaurants and beautiful places to just sit down and enjoy the scenery. There is no charge for window shopping.
To get started, use your favorite search engine to look for 'Las Vegas Getaways'. I am sure you will find just what you are looking for in the price range you can afford.
