Bary Bonds headed for divorce

This is Bonds Second marriage, His first divorce was rather public and particularly nasty.

In this case, Bonds wife, Liz Watson, has filed for divorice ... citing "irreconcible differences." Ironically, as recently as 2007 Bonds proudly spoke of how strong the bond was between he and his wife.

But then again ... Bonds long insisted that he didn't use steroids either. I guess there is some consistancy to a dishonest man being dishonest.

I would bring up the long-standing complaint that public figures should be role models and how horrible it is that they are not. But this kind of stuff has become far to common to shock us, and one is long past expecting anything like integrity or honesty from celebrities and atheletes.
