Serial Cat-Killer Mutilates cats in South Florida

This is just horrific. Some person or persons is actually mutilating cats (both domestic and feral) in much the way a serial killer targers humans.

As the owner of two cats ... I take this very personally. This killer(s) must be stopped and punished to the full extant of the law!
