McAfee, Inc. to Present at Virus Bulletin 2007 Vienna

Five industry experts from McAfee® Avert® Labs will be speaking at Virus Bulletin 2007 in Vienna on September 19-21. Speakers will be sharing their expertise on the current state of anti-malware.

Alex Hinchliffe, virus researcher at McAfee Avert Labs will deliver a speech titled "Patching: Is it Always with the Best Intentions?" on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at 15:40-16:20 GMT

Joe Telafici, vice president of Avert Operation at McAfee Avert Labs and Dmitry Gryaznov, advanced research manager at McAfee Avert Labs, will be speaking on "What a Waste - the AV Community DoS-ing Itself" on Thursday, Sept 20 at 9:40 - 10:20 GMT

Ahmed Sallam, lead architect, McAfee Avert Labs is scheduled to talk about "Terminating Hidden Processes" on Thursday, Sept 20 at 14:40 - 15:00 GMT

Marius van Oers, research scientist at McAfee Avert Labs will be discussing "Apple Media Files and iPhone" on Friday, Sept 21 at 12:00 - 12:40 GMT
