Cubs announce sale of individual tickets for 2007 National League Division Series.
The Chicago Cubs today announced that the sale of individual game tickets for their potential first two home games of the 2007 National League Division Series will begin Sunday, September 23, at 9 a.m. CDT.
Potential Division Series games are referred to and sold as "Home Game One" and "Home Game Two". Dates and times of potential Division Series games at Wrigley Field are to be determined.
Tickets will not be available for the Division Series at the Wrigley Field ticket office or Tickets.Com outlets.
Tickets will be available for purchase in the following methods:
* By Telephone: Tickets can be purchased by telephone through Tickets.com beginning at 9 a.m. CDT The Tickets.com phone number for Illinois callers is 800-The-Cubs (800-843-2827). The phone number for out-of-state callers is 866-652-2827. Tickets ordered via telephone will be delivered by three-day express mailing.
* Via the Internet: Visitors to the Cubs website - www.cubs.com - can purchase tickets online beginning at 9 a.m. CDT. -- A virtual waiting room will be used for all Internet orders. The virtual waiting room will begin accepting customers at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 23rd. At 9:00 a.m. customers will be randomly selected from the virtual waiting room to begin purchasing tickets. All internet customers will need a valid cubs.com account. The Cubs recommend that customers sign up for an account prior to September 23rd.
A limited amount of ADA/Wheelchair Tickets will also go on sale at 9 a.m. CDT. The phone number for Wheelchair Tickets is 773-404-4107.
In order to serve as many fans as possible, each customer will be allowed to purchase one (1) order for one division series game of up to four (4) tickets on September 23rd. This limit will be imposed by customer, household, phone number, credit card and email address. All orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled. Internet customers that use computer based scripting language will have all potential orders cancelled.
