Symantec Managed Endpoint Security Services enable enterprises to outsource key endpoint security functions to Symantec experts under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These scalable, platform-independent service offerings utilize industry-leading technologies, proven methodologies and best practices to optimize resource utilization and reduce exposure to IT risk. These services may be delivered via a combination of onsite activities, on-call assistance and 24x7 remote monitoring, and range from day-to-day operations and support to incident handling and reporting.
Training and Support Services
Technical training from Symantec Education Services helps companies migrate, implement and manage Symantec Endpoint Protection and Symantec Network Access Control.
