New Online project identifies a rotten neighbor in the neighborhood

There is a new website out, called Rotten Neighbors (rottenneighbor.com) that helps you identify whether you are moving into a home with good neighbors or bad.

Rotten neighbors can make life a lot harder than it has to be. You don't want to buy a home and then find out after your large investment, that you have neighbors that let their dog poop on your lawn; or have loud parties in their yard every other night. That just wouldn't be worth the investment.

Of course you can complain, but a true rotten or bad neighbor never stops with their antics.

Rotten Neighbor finds any way he or she can to antagonize you. It's just bad. Luckily all of the neighbors I've had throughout my life were all nice people. But if you have haver had a bad neighbor, you would understand why the rotten neighbor website could be of great use. - Source: Xomba.com

At the time of this article's publication Rottenneighbor.com was down, probably due to high traffic.

my roommate and I are 50 and 76 last year a woman and 2 kids moved into a 2 bedroom condo which they bought unfortunately and we've had nothing but problems since.

I went so far as to leave a letter asking them to extend some courtesy because her children at times sound like they are about to come through the floor and their surround sound television vibrates the walls my 76 year old friend has copd, type II diabetes and various worries that we don't need the aggravation.

The response from this individual was that we have to quit leaving notes at her door and that her children had a right to move around and if we didn't stop Pounding (which we've done when it get's too noisy she was going to press charges and sue us for harrassment.

what can we do about this my friend has lived their for 13 years we have no money to move on or we would this woman accosted another neighbor accidently parked in her $6,000 parking space the first week she moved in and he did not realize that the space was now occuppied
