Seattle Symphony at The Triple Door returns for the 2007–2008 season with an all-new lineup following the success of last season's collaboration. The first concert of the series will take place on Sunday, October 14, at 7 p.m. and will feature Seattle Symphony violists Mara Gearman and Sayaka Kokubo performing the Brandenburg Concerto No. 6 and the double-string masterpiece Mendelssohn's Octet, as well as other selections.

Please see below for complete series offerings.

Seattle Symphony at the Triple Door offers audiences an opportunity to experience "chamber music with a twist" in the intimate and elegant setting of The Triple Door. Each musician determines his or her program, which could include performances by soloists, string quartets, brass quintets or other combinations of instruments. Performances take place at The Triple Door, the popular music club located across Union Avenue from Benaroya Hall, the Symphony's downtown Seattle home.

"The collaboration between Seattle Symphony and The Triple Door has exceeded all of our expectations, and then some!" Scott Giampino of The Triple Door says. "It's such a natural pairing that I am surprised it hasn't happened sooner. Both organizations present world-class entertainment in state-of-the-art listening rooms, but add that fact to our incredible menu, wine and service excellence, and it's the most unique show in town."

Tickets for Seattle Symphony Orchestra at the Triple Door are $15 in advance and $20 day of show or at the door. -- www.seattlesymphony.org
