Britney Spears loses visitation rights

A judge has suspended Britney Spears's visitation rights with her two young sons until the pop star complies with all court orders, celebrity website TMZ.com reports.

The order by Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon came after a lawyer for her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, went to court on Wednesday for an emergency hearing.

"Petitioner's [Britney's] visitation with the minor children is suspended pending petitioner's compliance with the court orders," reads the order posted on TMZ.com.

Spears and Federline split up a year ago after two years of marriage.

Her life has since veered out of control, despite a stint in rehab.

Spears, 26, has been ordered to get coaching on parenting skills after Commissioner Gordon said evidence showed she was a frequent user of "controlled substances and alcohol."
