UCI Extension's 'Conducting the Termination Session' HR Webinar

As part of University of California, Irvine Extension’s new series of Human Resources Management Webinars, an online “Conducting the Termination Session,” Webinar will be hosted Monday, October 29 at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. This Webinar will offer tips and guidance for managers who must assume responsibility for terminating employees. It will provide a structured approach for conducting needed termination as well as a checklist of issues, concerns and things to be managed, both in preparation of, during, and after the delivery of the message.

The Webinars provide Human Resource professionals with a focused look at activities, issues and complications that can arise at the workplace and how to deal with them. The cost of a Webinar is $45.
