Works By Primavera Artists At Sydney Museum

It is nationally regarded as a snapshot of what young artists are doing today, and has also involved some of the country's most interesting young curators.

Dr Edward and Mrs Cynthia Jackson and their family initiated the exhibition in memory of their daughter and sister Belinda, and the family have also provided an annual fund for the acquisition of works by artists who have shown in Primavera.

Over the years, a substantial selection of works by up-and-coming artists, as well as by established artists who exhibited in Primavera early in their careers, has been acquired by the Museum Of Contemporary Art, Sydney for its permanent collection. -- www.mca.com.au
