AT&T Doubles Its help to American Red Cross in Support of Wildfire Relief Efforts

The AT&T Foundation, the corporate philanthropy organization of AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T), today pledged an additional $50,000 to support wildfire relief efforts in Southern California.

This brings AT&T's donation total to $100,000 associated with the catastrophe. The funds will go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to benefit the victims of the wildfires in Los Angeles and mirrors the company's grant made earlier in the week to support Red Cross relief efforts in San Diego.

The funds will be used to help Red Cross disaster workers provide food, shelter, emotional assistance and basic supplies to individuals and families in the LA County area affected by the fires.

"In times of crisis, we appreciate those who can help," said Paul Schulz, CEO, American Red Cross Los Angeles. "With its contribution today, AT&T continues to come through in times of need."

"The Red Cross is a beacon of light to the nearly 10,000 AT&T employees living and working in the Greater Los Angeles area," said Denita Willoughby, vice president, AT&T External Affairs Los Angeles. "Their hard work and tireless dedication deserve heartfelt -AT&T
