The following information regarding the results of the Annual General Meeting of ASX Limited held on 30 October 2007 is provided in accordance with listing rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the
Corporations Act, 2001.
In accordance with the results set out below, Mr Shane Finemore and Mr David Gonski were elected to
the Board of ASX.
