In existence since 1992, Woman Made Gallery has hosted more than 250 exhibitions, providing thousands of women artists with opportunities to exhibit and sell their work.

More than 90 artisans from Chicago and across the U.S. are offering their wares in this year’s Holiday Bazaar with items ranging from novel to collectible pieces, priced from $5 to $1,000. A featured item is Woman Made Gallery’s HER MARK 2008 Datebook spotlighting art and poetry by 42 women. The beautiful datebook is priced at $12.

An artist reception on Friday, November 30 from 6 to 9 p.m. is free and open to the public. Holiday refreshments will be served and shoppers will have an opportunity to meet some of the artists whose works are included in the Bazaar. Become a WMG member and receive 10% off Holiday Bazaar purchases. -- www.womanmade.org
