After forming four years ago, Are You Experienced? have become the ultimate tribute to Jimi Hendrix. Named after the debut album of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, the band features three talented musicians including guitarist John Campbell who bears more than just a passing resemblance to Jimi. John has drawn on many years of performing to perfect his Hendrix sound and persona. When he plays his Stratocaster guitar behind his head, with his teeth, and then setting fire to it in a burning finale, it brings a smile to the face of even the most finicky Hendrix fan.

The band are proud to play Jimi’s best loved tracks including, Voodoo Chile, Foxy Lady, Cross Town Traffic, All Along the Watchtower and Hey Joe. They provide some nostalgic moments for those lucky people who actually witnessed Jimi in the flesh and recreate some of the magic for a new and eager audience.
