OJ Simpson to plead not guilty

OJ Simpson says he will plead not guilty to kidnapping and armed robbery charges when he appears in court later this month. A Las Vegas judge has ordered Simpson to stand trial, 12 years after he was acquitted of murder charges.

Simpson is accused of storming into a casino hotel room with a gang of gun-toting cohorts in September and seizing sports memorabilia from two dealers worth more than $111,000.

The start of the trial has been scheduled for November 28 but it is expected that date will be pushed back.
