800PIZZA has opened a new branch in Dubai Marina, the Branch is located by the charming and calm waters of the Dubai Marina with some great outdoor and indoor dinning area within the Marina Hotel Apartments tower.

It’s great news for the 800PIZZA fanatics living in JBR and Dubai Marina who now can expect a much faster delivery service as well as the chance to dine in overlooking the water.

The owner and “pizzaiolo” Alessandro says: “our oven is fired by wood only and not by a mixture of gas and wood as most do to keep their cost (and quality) low, you don’t see any switches or any electronic control device by our oven it’s just good burning wood that makes the difference, we have a huge follow up of Italian customers and they know very well what Traditional Italian Pizza is, they don’t believe what they read but what they see and taste. We are the first in Dubai to serve unique Italian products such as Suppli, Olive Ascolane, and Fiori di Zucca. We lead the way by setting the standards high and we do enjoy those shy copycats running miles behind us”.

Furthermore he said “we at 800PIZZA strive to make our food as delicious as possible using solely original Italian ingredients. Our food has the same taste as it does in Italy. We make the Pizzas and Pastas at the time of ordering and we require some extra time to prepare the dishes as all is done fresh from scratch. The wood burning oven bakes the pizza leaving the crust slightly burnt in some points, this is not a mistake of the baker but rather a trademark of authentic wood burning baking.
