Arthur Silber Acquires Shares Of Titan Exploration

Since the commencement of the formal bid by Canetic Titan Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canetic Resources Trust, for the class "A" shares and Class B Shares of Titan pursuant to a takeover bid circular dated November 13, 2007, AS has acquired 34,500, or 3.41% of the issued and outstanding, Class B Shares.

As a result, AS now has ownership of, and control and direction over, 187,500 Class B Shares, representing 18.52% of the issued and outstanding Class B Shares. AS effected the acquisition of Class B Shares for investment purposes.
