The media had reports that Bhushan Steel Limited may dilute its stake to fund expansion plans.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Bhushan Steel Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "In this connection we have to inform that as on date the Company neither has any plan nor had any conversation with any body in the past regarding diluting the stake.
