Since November 29th, 2007 in RTS Board quotation of ordinary shares of Tuapse Commercial Seaport is resumed (RTS Board ticker – tmtp), in connection with registration of report about issue of securities (Unified state registration number of the issue is 1-03-31516-E as of October 12, 2007), and placement through conversion after the share split.
The number of included ordinary shares - 8 749 211 800. New par value - 0,04 rubles.
RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on RTS “Russian Trading System” Stock Exchange.
