Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) has reached five years in business in Englewood, Colorado. Randy Spierings is the Branch Manager at the Englewood branch. During his time operating his branch, Spierings has helped hundreds of borrowers with their financing needs.

He has over 16 years of banking experience and has worked as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at several companies. Spierings is among a select group of less than 2000 people that has attended the Strategic Equity Summit each of the past two years. The summit is an educational event featuring the latest strategies in personal home equity management. He is also a "Missed Fortune" Associate and is one of less than 200 people across the country to achieve this status.
As a Missed Fortune Associate he designs and implements True Wealth Transformation/Asset Optimization Plans, similar to those used by the affluent for years, aimed at utilizing arbitrage, compound interest, leverage, and tax efficiencies to safely and conservatively build wealth within a Roth-like product that grows tax free, is accessible tax free, and blossoms at death income-tax-free.
Prior to joining PRMI, Spierings was the Vice President of Operations, Finance, and Service Quality at Citibank Arizona; the Chief Financial Officer/Chief of Staff for Bank One Credit Card Services' western division; and the Vice President of Operations at Skymall. He has a CPA certificate and worked for over six years at Ernst & Young and KPMG. Spierings holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona and dual bachelor degrees (business and accounting) from Carroll College in Wisconsin.
