Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd., one of China's leading fabless semiconductor companies, today announced that the company was a speaker at the Integrated Circuit and Software Intellectual Property Summit Forum.
The Forum was held by the Ministry of Information Industry Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center ("CSIP"). Experts and representatives from government authorities, the national patent office, research institutions, law firms, IP suppliers and industry players were invited to discuss the technical issues, patent licensing, IP strategy and relevant development strategies.
As stated by Dr. Qiu Shanqin, chairman of CSIP, "Actions is the closest partner of CSIP." Actions has been working closely with CSIP for over two years, cooperating on patent search and analysis and Intellectual Property dispute consulting projects.
