The company placed 663,482 shares to raise a total of €11.62 million. On the basis of the reference price of €17.52, the market capitalization of Mindscape stands at €59.2 million.

Mindscape is the 39th company listed on Alternext in 2007. Altogether 113 companies have joined the market this year, raising over €1.3 billion1 and representing an additional market capitalization of more than €5 billion.
