Britney Spears Celebrates 26th B-day with Paris Hilton

Britney Spears celebrated her 26th birthday on Saturday (Dec. 1) at the Scandinavian Style Mansion in Bel Air, Calif., reports Us Weekly.

What started out as a private party hosted by Sharon Stone escalated to a full-blown birthday bash when Spears arrived with her entourage shortly before 10 p.m, reports OK! magazine.

Around 11 p.m., the birthday gal was presented with a small, round chocolate cake while her friends and guests sang "Happy Birthday." The mayhem didn't end there: shortly before midnight, Paris Hilton made a surprise appearance, to the delight of the paparazzi.

"Paris drank in the attention," one witness told OK!. "Posing for the camera and eating it up."

Apparently, there was no ill-will between the two former friends, who later sauntered over to the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills and partied until sunrise, sipping champagne and posing for pictures on the balcony, reports OK!.

"She was smiling and looked really happy," one partygoer said of Spears.

The singer's actual birthday was on Sunday, which she spent with her two sons, reports Us Weekly.
