Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) made an announcement today regarding calculation of TOPIX and its sub-indices concerning the following shares to be de-listed on December 25, 2007 and shares to be listed on January 4, 2008 due to stock-swap.
1. Exclusion
The following shares to be de-listed due to stock-swap will be excluded from TOPIX and its sub-indices after the close of trading on December 28, 2007.
For index calculation purposes, the market capitalization of the following issues will remain unchanged from the close of December 21, 2007 (the last trading date) to December 28, 2007 in the TOPIX and its sub-indices.
